# §1209.280. OMB control numbers.


The control number assigned to the information collection requirements by the Office of Management and Budget pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, [44 U.S.C. 3501](/usc/44/3501.md) et seq. is OMB control number 0581-0093, except for the Council nominee background statement form which is assigned OMB control number 0505-0001.
