# §1209.230. Reallocation of Council members.


Pursuant to [§ 1209.30](/cfr/7/1209.30.md), the number of members on the Council shall be as follows:

- (a) **Region 1—** All other States including the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico except for Pennsylvania and California—3 Members.
- (b) **Region 2—** The State of Pennsylvania—4 Members.
- (c) **Region 3—** The State of California—1 Member.
- (d) **Region 4—** Importers—1 Member.
