# §1207.324. Vacancies.


To fill any vacancy caused by the failure of any person selected as a member of the Board to qualify, or in the event of the death, removal, resignation, or disqualification of any member, a successor shall be nominated and selected in the manner specified in [§ 1207.322](/cfr/7/1207.322.md). In the event of failure to provide nominees for such vacancies, the Secretary may select other eligible persons.
