# §1205.325. Selection.


From the nominations made pursuant to §§ [1205.322](/cfr/7/1205.322.md) and [1205.324](/cfr/7/1205.324.md), the Secretary shall select the members of the Board and an alternate for each member on the basis of representation provided for in §§ [1205.322](/cfr/7/1205.322.md) and [1205.323](/cfr/7/1205.323.md).
