# §1205.306. Bale.


Except as used in [§ 1205.322](/cfr/7/1205.322.md), Bale means the package of lint cotton produced at a cotton gin or the amount of processed cotton in a manufactured product that is equivalent to a 500 pound bale of lint cotton.
