# §1160.207. Compensation and reimbursement.


The members of the Board and trustees, if any, named under [§ 1160.502](/cfr/7/1160.502.md), shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by them in the performance of their duties under this subpart.
