# §1160.115. Milk marketing area.


Milk marketing area means each area within which milk being marketed is subject to a milk marketing order issued pursuant to the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended, [7 U.S.C. 601-674](/usc/7/601-674.md), or applicable state laws.
