# §1160.107. Fluid milk product.


Fluid milk product means any product that meets the definition provided in [§ 1000.15](/cfr/7/1000.15.md) for milk marketing orders issued pursuant to the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended, [7 U.S.C. 601-674](/usc/7/601-674.md).
