# §1160.105. Board.


Board means the National Processor Advertising and Promotion Board established pursuant to [7 U.S.C. 6407(b)(1)](/usc/7/6407.md?p=b-1) and this subpart (hereinafter known as the National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board or Board).
