# §1160.101. Act.


Act means the Fluid Milk Promotion Act of 1990, Subtitle H of Title XIX of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990, Public Law 101-624, [7 U.S.C. 6401-6417](/usc/7/6401-6417.md), and any amendments thereto.
