# §1146.204. Prohibition on resale of products.

- (a) **Prohibition in general.** An eligible distributor that receives eligible milk products donated under the Milk Donation Reimbursement Program may not sell the donated milk products back into commercial markets.
- (b) **Prohibition on future participation.** An eligible distributor that AMS determines has violated the prohibition in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section shall not be eligible for any future participation in the Milk Donation Reimbursement Program.
