# §11.4. Other laws and regulations.

- (a) The provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act generally applicable to agency adjudications ([5 U.S.C. 554-557](/usc/5/554-557.md)), and the Equal Access to Justice Act ([5 U.S.C. 504](/usc/5/504.md)) and its implementing regulations at [7 CFR part 1](/cfr/7/part1.md), [subpart J](/cfr/7/subpartJ.md), shall apply to proceedings under this part except for proceedings under [§ 11.5](/cfr/7/11.5.md) and [§ 11.6(a)](/cfr/7/11.6.md?p=a).
- (b) The Federal Rules of Evidence, 28 U.S.C. App., shall not apply to proceedings under this part.
