# §11.30. General statement.


This subpart implements the regulations of the Secretary of Agriculture at [7 CFR 1.1 through 1.16](/cfr/7/1.1..1.16.md) concerning FOIA ([5 U.S.C. 552](/usc/5/552.md)). The Secretary's regulations, as implemented by the regulations in this part, govern the availability of the records of NAD to the public.
