# §1007.80. Transportation credit balancing fund.


The market administrator shall maintain a separate fund known as the Transportation Credit Balancing Fund into which shall be deposited the payments made by handlers pursuant to [§ 1007.81](/cfr/7/1007.81.md) and out of which shall be made the payments due handlers pursuant to [§ 1007.82](/cfr/7/1007.82.md). Payments due a handler shall be offset against payments due from the handler.
