# §1001.51. Class I differential and price.


The Class I differential shall be the differential established for Suffolk County, Massachusetts, which is reported in [§ 1000.52](/cfr/7/1000.52.md). The Class I price shall be the price computed pursuant to [§ 1000.50(a)](/cfr/7/1000.50.md?p=a) for Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
