# §1.801. Scope and applicability of this subpart.


Except for proceedings covered by [7 CFR part 900](/cfr/7/part900.md), and by [7 CFR part 1200](/cfr/7/part1200.md), the rules of practice and procedure in this subpart shall be applicable to all formal rulemaking proceedings.
