# §1.342. Collection of civil penalties and assessments.


Sections [3806](/usc/31/3806.md) and [3808(b)](/usc/31/3808.md?p=b) of title 31, United States Code, authorize actions for collection of civil penalties and assessments imposed under this subpart and specify the procedures for such actions.
