# §1.123. Specific exemptions.


Pursuant to [5 U.S.C. 552a(k)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=k), the systems of records (or portions thereof) maintained by agencies of USDA identified below are exempted from the provisions of 5 U.S.C. [552a (c)(3)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=c-3), [(d)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=c-d), [(e)(1)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=e-1), [(e)(4)(G)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=e-4-G), [(H)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=e-4-H) and [(I)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=e-4-I), and [(f)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=e-4-f). The reasons for exempting each system are set out in the notice for that system published in the Federal Register.
