# §1.122. General exemptions.


Pursuant to [5 U.S.C. 552a(j)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=j), and for the reasons set forth in 54 FR 11204-11206 (March 17, 1989), the systems of records (or portions of systems of records) maintained by agencies of USDA identified in this section are exempted from the provisions of [5 U.S.C. 552a](/usc/5/552a.md), except subsections (b), (c)(1) and (2), [(e)(4)(A) through (F)](#e-4-A..e-4-F), (e)(6), (7), (9), (10), and (11), and (i).
