# §1.111. Definitions.


For purposes of this subpart the terms individual, maintain, record, system of records, statistical record, and routine use shall have the meanings set forth in [5 U.S.C. 552a(a)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=a). The term agency shall mean an agency of USDA, unless otherwise indicated.
