# §15.49. Program accessibility; discrimination prohibited.


Except as otherwise provided in [§ 15.50](/cfr/6/15.50.md), no qualified individual with a disability shall, because the Department's facilities are inaccessible to or unusable by individuals with a disability, be denied the benefits of, be excluded from participation in, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity conducted by the Department.
