# §86.78. How must I treat income earned after the period of performance?


You are not accountable to us for income earned by you or a subgrantee after the period of performance as a result of the grant except as required at §§ [86.90](/cfr/50/86.90.md) and [86.91](/cfr/50/86.91.md).
