# §697.11. Civil procedures.


The civil procedure regulations at [15 CFR part 904](/cfr/15/part904.md) apply to civil penalties, permit sanctions, seizures, and forfeitures under the Atlantic Striped Bass Conservation Act and the ACFCMA, and to the regulations of this part.
