# §665.247. At-sea observer coverage.


All fishing vessels subject to [§§ 665.240](/cfr/50/665.240.md) though 665.252 and [subpart A](/cfr/50/subpartA.md) of this part must carry an observer when requested to do so by the Regional Administrator.
