# §665.221. Definitions.


As used in [§§ 665.220 through 665.239](/cfr/50/665.220..665.239.md), Hawaii coral reef ecosystem component species (Hawaii coral reef ECS) means those species identified as ECS in the Hawaii FEP and are not defined as MUS or another ECS in this subpart.
