# §660.513. Permit conditions.

- (a) A limited entry permit expires on failure to renew the limited entry permit as specified in [§ 660.515](/cfr/50/660.515.md).
- (b) A limited entry permit may not be used with a vessel unless it is registered for use with that vessel. Limited entry permits will be registered for use with a particular vessel at the time the permit is issued, renewed, or transferred.
- (c) Limited entry permits issued or applied for under this subpart are subject to sanctions pursuant to the Magnuson-Stevens Act, 16 U.S.C. [1858(g)](/usc/16/1858.md?p=g), and [15](/usc/16/15.md) CFR [part 904](/cfr/50/part904.md), subpart D.
