# §32.21. Alaska.


Alaska refuges are opened to hunting, fishing, and trapping pursuant to the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (Pub. L. 96-487, [16 U.S.C. 3101](/usc/16/3101.md) et seq.). The regulations set forth at [50 CFR part 36](/cfr/50/part36.md) concern National Wildlife Refuges in Alaska. Information regarding specific refuge rules can be obtained from the Regional Office of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Anchorage, AK (see [50 CFR 2.2](/cfr/50/2.2.md)), or by contacting the manager of the respective individual refuge.
