# §300.182. International fisheries trade permit.


An importer, entering for consumption any fish or fish products regulated under this subpart, harvested from any ocean area, into the United States, or an exporter exporting or re-exporting such product, must possess a valid International Fisheries Trade Permit (IFTP) issued under [§ 300.322](/cfr/50/300.322.md).
