# §300.157. Penalties.


In addition to any fine, penalty, or forfeiture imposed by the Russian Federation, nationals and vessels of the United States violating the prohibitions of [§ 300.156](/cfr/50/300.156.md) are subject to the fines, penalties, and forfeitures and the adjudicative procedures provided in the Magnuson-Stevens Act, 16 U.S.C. [1858](/usc/16/1858.md), [1860](/usc/16/1860.md), [1861](/usc/16/1861.md), and any other applicable laws and regulations of the United States.
