# §29.191. What enforcement actions can the Service take?


If you engage in a prohibited act:

- (a) The Service may suspend and/or revoke your approved operations permit and your authorization for operations as set forth at [§ 29.43](/cfr/50/29.43.md) and [§ 29.44](/cfr/50/29.44.md); and/or
- (b) All prohibited acts are subject to the penalty provisions set forth at [§ 28.31](/cfr/50/28.31.md) of this subchapter.
