# §216.40. Penalties and permit sanctions.

- (a) Any person who violates any provision of this subpart or permit issued thereunder is subject to civil and criminal penalties, permit sanctions and forfeiture as authorized under the Acts, and [15 CFR part 904](/cfr/15/part904.md).
- (b) All special exception permits are subject to suspension, revocation, modification and denial in accordance with the provisions of [subpart D](/cfr/50/subpartD.md) of [15 CFR part 904](/cfr/15/part904.md).
