# §216.16. Prohibitions under the General Authorization for Level B harassment for scientific research.


It shall be unlawful for any person to:

- (a) Provide false information in a letter of intent submitted pursuant to [§ 216.45(b)](/cfr/50/216.45.md?p=b);
- (b) Violate any term or condition imposed pursuant to [§ 216.45(d)](/cfr/50/216.45.md?p=d).
