# §13.50. Acceptance of liability.


Except as otherwise limited in the case of permits described in [§ 13.25(d)](/cfr/50/13.25.md?p=d), any person holding a permit under this subchapter B assumes all liability and responsibility for the conduct of any activity conducted under the authority of such permit.
