# §919.210. Which nonprocurement transactions are covered transactions?


All nonprocurement transactions, as defined in [§ 919.970](/cfr/5/919.970.md), are covered transactions unless listed in [§ 919.215](/cfr/5/919.215.md). (See appendix to this part.)
