# §890.802. Definition.


In this subpart, a Qualifying court order means a court order acceptable for processing as defined in [§ 838.103](/cfr/5/838.103.md) of this chapter or qualifying court order as defined in [§ 838.1003](/cfr/5/838.1003.md) of this chapter.
