# §890.115. Special provisions for Postal Service employees, Postal Service annuitants, and their eligible family members.


Special provisions for Postal Service employees, Postal Service annuitants, and their eligible family members are set forth at [subpart P](/cfr/5/subpartP.md) of this part. Provisions of this part generally apply to Postal Service employees, Postal Service annuitants, and their eligible family members, except for provisions which are inconsistent with provisions of [5 U.S.C. 8903c](/usc/5/8903c.md) or subpart P.
