# §8101.102. Prohibitions applicable to Commissioners.


The Commissioners of the Consumer Product Safety Commission are subject to section 4(c) of the Consumer Product Safety Act, [15 U.S.C. 2053(c)](/usc/15/2053.md?p=c). That statutory provision provides that a Commissioner may not engage in any other business, vocation, or employment.
