# §754.101. Coverage.

- (a) **Actions covered.** A complaint, or any other information, submitted by an applicant for an appointment to a civil service position relating to compliance with [section 9202](/usc/5/9202.md) of title 5, United States Code.
- (b) **Definitions.** In this subpart, Agency, applicant, appointing authority, conditional offer, criminal history record information, and employee have the meanings set forth in [5 CFR 920.101](/cfr/5/920.101.md).
