# §734.501. Permitted and prohibited activities.


Except as otherwise specified in this part 734, employees who are appointed by the President by and with the advice and consent of the Senate are subject to the provisions of subparts [B](/cfr/5/subpartB.md) and [C](/cfr/5/subpartC.md) of this part.
