# §7001.101. General.


In accordance with [5 CFR 2635.105](/cfr/5/2635.105.md), the regulations in this part supplement the Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch contained in [5 CFR part 2635](/cfr/5/part2635.md), as applied to employees of the United States Postal Service (Postal Service). Postal Service employees are subject, in addition to the standards in [5 CFR part 2635](/cfr/5/part2635.md) and this part, to the executive branch financial disclosure regulations contained in [5 CFR part 2634](/cfr/5/part2634.md), and to any rules of conduct issued separately by the Postal Service, including but not limited to regulations contained in [39 CFR part 447](/cfr/39/part447.md), the Postal Service's Employee and Labor Relations Manual, and the Postal Service's Procurement Manual.
