# §630.802. Coverage.


This subpart applies to:

- (a) An employee as defined in [section 2105](/usc/5/2105.md) of title 5, United States Code, who is employed by an executive agency as defined in [section 105](/usc/5/105.md) of title 5, United States Code; and
- (b) **An individual who is employed by the government of the District of Columbia.**
