# §630.1106. Agency review of an application to become an emergency leave recipient.


An agency must review an application to become an emergency leave recipient under procedures the agency has established for the purpose of determining that a potential leave recipient is or has been affected by a disaster or emergency, as defined in [§ 630.1102](/cfr/5/630.1102.md).
