# §5601.104. Prohibited outside employment.


An employee shall not engage in outside employment, either on a paid or unpaid basis, with or for an entity on the prohibited securities list described in [§ 5601.102(b)(1)(i) through (vi)](/cfr/5/5601.102.md?p=b-1-i..b-1-vi).
