# §550.1632. Hazardous duty pay.


An agent is eligible for hazardous duty pay, subject to the requirements in [5 U.S.C. 5545(d)](/usc/5/5545.md?p=d) and [subpart I](/cfr/5/subpartI.md) of this part. The agent's rate of basic pay (without any overtime supplement) must be used in computing any hazardous duty pay.
