# §550.1502. Coverage.


This subpart applies to—

- (a) Executive agencies as defined in [section 105](/usc/5/105.md) of title 5, United States Code, the United States Postal Service, and the Postal Regulatory Commission; and
- (b) Employees as defined in [section 2105](/usc/5/2105.md) of title 5, United States Code; an officer or employee of the United States Postal Service; and an officer or employee of the Postal Regulatory Commission.
