# §550.1002. Coverage.


This subpart applies to each employee (as defined in [5 U.S.C. 2105](/usc/5/2105.md)) in or under an Executive agency (as defined in [5 U.S.C. 105](/usc/5/105.md)) who has a scheduled tour of duty. The definition of “employee” in [section 5541(2)](/cfr/5/5541.md?p=2) does not apply to this subpart.
