# §352.501. Purpose.


This subpart governs reinstatement authorized by sections 233(d) and 625(b) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended (22 U.S.C. [2193(d)](/usc/22/2193.md?p=d) and [22](/usc/22/22.md) U.S.C. 235(b)).
