# §352.301. Purpose.


The purpose of this subpart is to encourage details and transfers of employees for service with international organizations as authorized by sections [3343](/usc/5/3343.md) and [3581-3584](/usc/5/3581-3584.md) of title 5, United States Code, and to provide procedures for participation in the program.
