# §330.214. Appeal rights.


An RPL registrant who believes the agency violated his or her reemployment rights under this subpart by employing another person who otherwise could not have been appointed properly may appeal to the Merit Systems Protection Board under the Board's regulations in [part 1200](/cfr/5/part1200.md) of this chapter.
