# §2638.602. Agency regulations.


Each agency may, subject to the prior approval of the Office of Government Ethics, issue regulations not inconsistent with this part and this subchapter, using the procedures set forth in [§ 2635.105](/cfr/5/2635.105.md) of this chapter.
